The floor plan is basically the product categories menu that can be minimised or maximised. It was designed to reflect an actual floor plan of a retail store. The orange highlighted section is where you are on the website.

The change room is your cart! You can simply add items that you want to try on into the change room. In the change room you can review what you would like to purchase, add back to the wishlist, or remove from your change room. Any item removed from the change room goes to the sorting rack.
The wish list is a list of items that you may want to purchase in the future. There is no time frame to your wishlist. Items in your wishlist are still available in the catalogue and visible by other customers.
The sorting rack acts like a real life sorting rack! Any items removed from your change room will go to the sorting rack. We usually clear this out by the end of the day.
1). How does the sorting rack work?
The sorting rack contains all the clothes that have recently been tried on by users on the site. You are able to purchase, add to your wishlist, and heart any items in the sorting rack. The items in the sorting rack usually gets cleared everyday so keep coming back to see what other people are trying on!
2). Do you have any store locations?
Unfortunately we do not have any store locations. We operate solely online, which is a good thing because that means we are open 24/7 and you can shop at Hazene anywhere and anytime!
3). When will my order ship?
Your order will generally be shipped as soon as your payment is received.
4). I am unsure about a size or the fit. How do I find out more information about this?

5). I want to know what the flaw on an item looks like. Where do I go to find out about this?

6). How does the wishlist work?
You can add items that you are interested in or would like to save for later to your wishlist. However since our items are vintage "one offs" if this item is sold via our website then it will no longer be available in your wishlist, so grab them while you can
