Please take the time to read our Terms and Conditions that is stated below.  Your use of this website and decision to purchase any items on our website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. Please keep in mind that our Terms and Conditions may change without notice. 

All our items are pre-loved and vintage unless stated otherwise.  With vintage and pre-loved items it is not uncommon that products can show some form of wear and tear.  Each item on our website goes through three stages of quality control and any flaws we find during these inspections are stated accordingly on the product description to the best of our ability. However there may be some instances where it may have been missed, if this is the case please notify us immediately via info@hazene.com.

All of our items are one of a kind piece and we do not hold any items; therefore any items on the wishlist will disappear once sold on our website.   We try our best to provide information regarding each garment as accurately as possible.  However, if you are unsure of an item please send us an email.  We highly recommend customers to wash or dry clean any garments bought from us before first use. We are not liable and take no responsibility to each individual skin reaction to our items.

Vintage sizing also known as marked as size on our description box, tend to run a bit smaller than current sizing. All our fits like sizes are approximates, therefore, we recommend all our customers to refer to the measurements for a more accurate guide. If at any time before purchase you have any concerns regarding garment size, please contact us via email.

Hazene reserves the right in its discretion to terminate any user’s access to parts or the entire website for any or no reason, and without notice to the user, and without liability to any user or any third party.

Hazene accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages and losses caused while the user interacts with a part or the entire website.

Shoulder: Measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.

Bust: Measured from armpit to armpit.

Waist: Measured from the smallest part of the waistline. A value with a range under the waist column indicates the minimum and maximum stretch of the elasticised waistband.

Hips: Measured across the largest part of the hip area.

Length: Measured from back of collar to bottom hem or from top of bust to bottom hem for strapless garments.

Sleeve: Measured from shoulder seam to cuff.

REFUND POLICY

We offer exchange, refund or credit note on any items that you are not happy with. To avoid disappointment, we advise our customers to check measurements and product description thoroughly before purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package to organise a refund or an exchange. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the package and the garment must be in the same condition as received by customers with the original price tag still attached. A customer returning an item for an exchange or refund is responsible for the postage cost of sending the package. Hazene is not responsible for postage cost on returns. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Hazene accepts payment through PayPal, Credit Card and Bank transfer. We will send out your order as soon as we have received payment. If you are using bank transfer, please allow a few days for payment to process.

Hazene respects the privacy of our customers.  The information we gather on our customers is to ensure that we can improve the customer experience, and help us to fulfil orders, attend to your queries and communicate with you. You can be sure that any personal information you provide to us will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.

Users may not use, reproduce, redistribute or download any of our site content.  This includes all text, photos, images, icons, web designs, graphics, illustrations and website code or any other content on this site for any other purpose.  The entire content of the Hazene web site is copyrighted as a collective work under copyright laws.

Local Shipping for Australia
Standard and Express shipping methods are available for Australian customers and rates are calculated on weight of order.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated on weight of order.
We offer International shipping to the following countries for items up to 1kg.

Same Day Deliveries
Same day delivery is now available only for Melbourne Metro customers for a flat rate of AUD$19.95
- This service is available for orders completed Monday-Friday between 9am-2pm AEST
- All items are trackable here or download your Want It Now mobile app
- Please provide a valid contact phone number in case there are issues with your delivery
- No shipping to PO Boxes
- Signature is required upon receipt of delivery
- If orders are place after the cutoff time your order may not be processed until the following business day
- Re-delivery fees may apply if there is no one to receive your package and no authority has been given to leave the package
- If authority has been given to leave the package at the agreed location, it is not Hazene nor Want It Now responsibility for missing items
